GENERAL USE
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and BARE Studios, LLC (“BARE Pilates Studio”) and govern your use of our studio facilities, equipment, website (www.barepilatesstudios.com), and mobile application (collectively, the “Services”). By entering the studio, creating an account, or using our Website or App, you agree to follow these Terms.
All content on the Website and App belongs to BARE Pilates Studio or our partners. You may not copy, share, or alter any material from our Services without written permission.
 
 
PERSONAL INFORMATION & ACCOUNTS
To book classes or purchase memberships, you’ll need to create an account with accurate and current information (such as your name, phone number, email, and billing details). By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
You are responsible for keeping your login information private and for all activity under your account.
 
 
PRIVACY
You don’t need an account to browse our Website, but you will need one to reserve classes or make purchases. By creating an account or booking with BARE Pilates Studio, you consent to receive emails, texts, or app notifications related to your membership, class reminders, and studio updates.
We may collect personal details such as:

• Contact and billing information
   

• Health and exercise-related details (if provided)
   

• Class booking and attendance history
   

• Website and App browsing activity
   

We use this information to:

• Manage memberships and reservations
   

• Process payments securely
   

• Improve client experience
   

• Communicate updates, events, and promotions
   

BARE Pilates Studio will never sell your information. Some third-party links may appear on our Website or App, but we are not responsible for their practices or policies.

UPDATES
From time to time, BARE Pilates Studio may update its App, Website, or policies to improve functionality or add features. Updates are considered part of the Services, and continued use means you accept any changes.
 
 
MEMBERSHIPS, PACKAGES & BOOKINGS

• Memberships renew automatically every 28 days until canceled in accordance with cancellation terms.
   

• Class Packages are valid for a set number of classes within an expiration period.
   

• Drop-In Classes may be purchased individually.
   

All purchases require a valid payment method on file. If a payment fails, access to Services may be paused until payment is resolved.
 
 
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
To avoid penalties, cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before class start time:

• Package users: Will incur a $15 Late Cancellation fee if removed before class time or $20 No Show fee if the client does not show the class. The class credit will return to your account.
   

• Members: Will incur a $15 Late Cancellation fee if removed before class time or $20 No Show fee if the client does not show the class. The class credit will return to your account.
   

 
 
FREEZES & CANCELLATIONS

• Freezes: Members may freeze their account for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 6 weeks (up to 42 days total). Requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the desired start date by emailing customerservice@barepilatesstudios.com.
   

• All membership cancellations require 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date.
   

• Memberships will remain active and billable during the 30-day notice period.
   

• Memberships with a commitment term (3-month or 12-month) require full payment of the remaining balance if canceled early.
   

• No refunds will be issued for previous charges or charges that occur within the 30-day notice period.

 
 
 
LIABILITY WAIVER
By attending BARE Pilates Studio classes or using our Facilities, you understand there are risks involved in physical activity. These risks can include, but are not limited to: minor injuries (like strains or sprains), more serious injuries (such as back, neck, or heart-related issues), or in rare cases, severe outcomes.
By participating, you accept these risks and release BARE Pilates Studio, its owners, trainers, and staff from liability for any injury, illness, or property damage, including risks connected to COVID-19 or other contagious illnesses. You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by staff.
 
 
TERMINATION
BARE Pilates Studio reserves the right to revoke access to Services at any time, with or without notice, if these Terms are not followed.
 
 
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate county of our studio location.
