At BARE, every class is 50 minutes of purposeful movement on the X-Former, a modern evolution of Pilates that’s built for strength, stability, and endurance.
Our method is rooted in Slow Resistance Training
(SRT) — a low-impact, high-intensity approach that keeps your muscles under constant tension. By slowing everything down, momentum disappears, and your body does the work it was built to do.

BARE IT ALL
Our signature total body workout. This 50-minute class blends slow resistance training with intentional movement to sculpt, strengthen, and challenge every muscle. Designed to deliver the complete BARE experience — strength, endurance, and control — from start to finish.
BARE 101
Your official welcome to BARE. This isn’t a workout class—it’s a guided introduction to our studio, our X-formers, and the Slow Resistance Training (SRT) method that makes BARE unique. In this session, we’ll walk you through the machine step by step, explain how our method works, and answer your questions so you feel confident and prepared before your first class. You’ll leave with a clear understanding of what to expect, how to set up safely, and how to get the most out of every visit.
Power Refine
Turn up the intensity with our cardio-driven total body workout. Power Refine combines resistance training with dynamic bursts of heart-pumping movement to build endurance, boost strength, and leave you drenched in sweat. Expect a fiery pace, full-body challenge, and results you can feel long after class ends.
BARE Booty & Core
A targeted workout designed to strengthen, lift, and define. This class hones in on the lower body and core through slow resistance training and intentional movement, while still working the entire body from head to toe. You’ll leave feeling powerful, balanced, and strong from your center out.
Arms & Abs Sculpt
A total-body workout with a focus on your upper body and core. While every muscle group gets attention, this class puts extra emphasis on sculpting defined arms and building a strong, stable core. Expect full-body strength with an added burn in the areas you’ll feel the most.
BARE Align
A full-body workout designed to strengthen, lengthen, and restore balance. BARE Align emphasizes posture, stability, and mindful movement while still delivering the signature BARE burn. Expect intentional sequencing that leaves you feeling centered, strong, and aligned from head to toe.
