AUTUMN CALLED—IT WANTS YOUR ROUTINE BACK

Hi, it’s Maria 👋it’s time to be honest: summer comes with way too much pressure. Everywhere you turn, it’s “bikini body this, bikini body that." But here’s the truth nobody talks about: summer is actually one of the hardest times to keep a routine.

Between vacations, long weekends, late nights, and squeezing in every ounce of fun, consistency often takes a back seat. And honestly? That’s normal. Life isn’t meant to be lived on a perfect schedule 365 days a year.

That’s why I love fall—it feels like a reset button. The pace shifts, structure comes back, and suddenly it’s easier to settle into rhythms that actually stick. And this time, the focus isn’t about chasing some “bikini body” ideal—it’s about creating habits that make you feel good in your body, every season.

Here’s something I like to remind people: if you have kids, you probably make sure they get to dance, soccer, or practice every single week. Why? Because you know showing up consistently is what helps them learn and grow. But here’s the question—why should it be

any different for us as adults? Making time for our own routine is just as important, and it’s the consistency that helps us build strength, confidence, and resilience.

So this fall, start small—commit to a couple of classes a week and build from there. Put movement on your calendar like it matters (because it does). And most importantly, let go of perfection— missing a class isn’t failure, it’s life. The win is that you keep coming

back.

At BARE, our classes are designed to meet you where you are and fit into your real life—whether that’s a morning sweat to set the tone, a midday reset, or an evening shake to close out the day.

As we move into fall, let this season remind you: it’s not about getting ready” for anything. It’s about creating consistency that grounds you, supports you, and keeps you strong well beyond summer.

✨ This fall, pumpkin spice is optional, but consistency is not 😉
