SPOILER: WHAT HAPPENS AT BARE DOESN’T STAY AT BARE

Hi, it’s Maria 👋—and here’s something I hear all the time: “I feel so good after class, but what surprises me is how much it carries into the rest of my day.”
And that’s exactly the point. What we do inside the studio doesn’t stay there. BARE is more than 50 minutes of slow, intentional movement—it’s training for how you move, think, and show up everywhere else in life.
When you build strength here, it’s not just about your core or your hamstrings. It’s about carrying six grocery bags in one trip because multiple trips are for quitters. It’s about sitting taller at your desk instead of slumping into your 3 p.m. crash. It’s having the stamina to
chase your dog down the street when they spot a squirrel—or to outlast your friends on the dance floor at a wedding. It’s about proving to yourself—over and over—that you can do hard things, even when they feel uncomfortable.
And let’s not forget the mental side. Slowing down in class forces you to focus, to breathe, and to block out the noise. That kind of mindfulness doesn’t just make you stronger on the X-former—it spills into how you handle stress, tough conversations, and even the everyday curveballs (like traffic, toddler tantrums, or realizing you’ve been on hold with customer service for 40 minutes). You leave class with more clarity, more calm, and a little more
“I’ve got this.”
The confidence piece? That’s the secret sauce. Every time you push through the shake, every time you finish a class you didn’t think you could, you build a deeper trust in yourself. And that confidence doesn’t disappear when class is over—you take it with you to big
meetings, date nights, Target runs, and everything in between. So while I love seeing you sweat and shake in the studio, what really excites me is knowing you’re walking out with more energy, more focus, and more confidence to show up for the rest of your life. That’s
the ripple effect of BARE—and it’s why consistency here matters so much.
Because at BARE, it’s never just about the workout. It’s about how you carry it into everything else you do.
